On July 20, 2018, KT Micro organized a league construction activity at the GM5 International Sports Theme Park, and all employees participated in the event.     The event is organized around the two themes of “team training” and “challenging self”. It aims to strengthen the strong will of employees and enhance the team cohesion and overall centripetal force. Through the development of the activities, new employees can quickly join the team, find a sense of belonging, strengthen the communication between employees, make the training content more abundant, and also received good results.     Through a series of cheerful activities, the trainer creates a team atmosphere and builds the foundation of mutual trust. Immediately after the coach’s guidance, all the staff were divided into four groups to compete in the sponge pool battle, dodgeball, variety show and other activities.

Through this expansion training, each team saw their own the advantages and disadvantages, and also felt the importance of cooperation and communication, which laid a good foundation for future work. After experiencing the joy of success brought about by dedication, collaboration and courage, everyone deeply feels the essence of “responsibility, collaboration, self-confidence” and the responsibility of being a member of the team.
